Malanjkhand Copper Project (MCP) at Malanjkhand,
Madhya Pradesh
Malanjkhand Copper Project has the single largest copper deposit in India and produces around 70% of HCL’s total copper-in-concentrate production. Established in 1982, the unit comprised an open pit mine with a capacity of 2 million TPA of ore with a matching concentrator plant. The copper concentrate produced at Malanjkhand is sent to Ghatsila unit (ICC) for processing into refined copper.
Drop Raisting.
HCL has addressed the complex ‘raising’ operation in mining and developed and implemented Drop Raising techniques at 80 meters intervals which improved safety and led to faster and higher productivity. A pattern of five (165mm) blast holes have been standardized for blasting the raises sequentially by the carater method.
Large diameter blast hole stoping
HCL has developed single sub-level method of stoping using large diameter (165mm) blast holes over level intervals of 50 to 60 meters. Excellent fragmentation has been achieved. Benefits of new stoping method has been in reduction of drilling cost and explosive cost, reduction of manpower and reduction in stopes preparation time.

Interact with groups and go to events so that you do not stay stuck in your room or office. It is fun to enjoy movies, technology, television, and the internet but self control should be addressed so that you do not become addicted to these things.
