I missed placed my mouse pad and I just got these foot pads for my shoes. I was about to cut them to fit and decided to test it as a mouse pad. WORKS better that the real thing and lots of room to walk off the screen with this.

The cost about $4.00 for a set, so you get 2 and Made in the USA. How cool is that.

The adult computers were all internet-enabled and you had to sign in with your BPL card to get 30 minutes, no more than twice a day, on the machines. There weren't any dedicated database-only terminals like you find in some of the NYPL libraries, so I gathered there wasn't a need for that.

I was interested to see that the "adult" terminals were also for teens. The kids sitting around me were all playing Rune with each other and talking over me about their shared game.

Yes, where I live, the local Scholl District has a "Clean-Out" every 2-5 years and sells their Computers to the public.

My family got 2 iBooks for $50 each, and 2 Desktop PC's for $35 each, monitor, keyboard, mouse and Speakers included......

I was curious, so even before I hooked up my new Mac Pro, I opened it up to see what things looked like. It'll never be this clean again.
