Herb butter - salted butter mixed with plenty of fresh herbs - is an easy way to preserve dill, wild garlic, mint, parsley and other delicate herbs. It freezes well, especially in small batches. Herb butter makes a great addition to mashed potatoes, slices of toasted bread, grilled corn, fish, and meats.
