A very big THANK YOU for all your wonderful support my friends!
My last upload was just a silly little video... but you guys were awesome and shared in the laughter with me! I didn't know what to expect, but that's what I had wished for : )
This big yellow flower is what I was shooting when I saw the baby ducks & their mother zooming by!

I went out on Thursday (11th) to shoot a sunrise and then headed back after a very heavy fog rolled in. As I passed a canal, I saw some daffodils and tried grabbing a few shots as the sun disappeared in & out of the clouds.
This was taken about 8:30 in the morning, so there's only a slight bit of dew left on the flowers.
Mostly I enjoyed the mix of the blue, green & yellow colors as they stood against the greying of the cloudy sky. (rebel daffodil!)
And usually, I don't like much in a background shot such as this, but I did actually enjoy the color from the buildings and the slight reflection upon the water in the canal this time.
I don't think it takes away from the main subject, but instead adds a bit more atmosphere to the scene.
Anyhow, thank you guys so much for everything!
I can't always be on here so I wanted to quickly upload something else instead of waiting so long again.
and I wanted to try a splash of yellow in my photostream as well ; )

Hello my friends!
A quick Springtime image before I return to posting newer winter photos (it snowed again today!)
This one is for all my friends missing the colorful flowers, green grass & warmer blue skies :-)

I do love the winter & the change of seasons myself, but I know some are ready for warmer weather again ;-)
Found this pretty field of Daffodils last Spring and took so many shots, but never felt that I captured the entire scene well, so I simply got down on the ground and focused on a single flower within the field instead. It worked out okay :-)
I hadn't intended to share this one here, as it was more of a 'personal memory' of that Spring day... but it seems to fit well as a break in between winter shots and possibly adds a bit of flavor to the photostream ;-)
I know there's a lot of empty blue space in this one... but maybe we can all use some clear days and a bit blue space in our lives from time to time☺

Snow began falling here this morning! (2018-10-29)
So I thought to post some warm Summer Memories! :-)
Isn't nature wonderful :-)
I loved the way this flower rose up & over the water... but still
remained off to the side of the treeline reflection upon the water :-)
Something special in this composition for me :-)
Sometimes rules go out the window when we're photographing, eh? ;-)
This was taken in July, and the day began gorgeously at 04:24 that morning :-)
A huge fog bank rolled in around 05:00, but luckily the sun peeked out again, which allowed me to capture this shot over the canal at 05:35 :-)
Dedicating this one to all the wonderful friends who continue to visit
from time to time... even though I can't upload so often.
You inspire me endlessly! ☺

I shot this thinking I could use it for work....we don't keep the dog on the leash unless there are other people nearby.
