D20460. There are many splendid viewpoints in the Swiss Alps, but one of my favourites has to be Schynige Platte which is near Interlaken in Canton Bern; this is a telephoto shot looking down on the Thunersee (Lake Thun) far below.
A trip on the railway up to Schynige Platte is a must if visiting that area.

I was trying out the Leica Minilux for the first time. Camera was loaded with a roll of Ilford HP5+ film, developed with Ilfosol 3 under standard times.
I'm amazed about what this compact camera can produce. I had a lot of fun shooting with the Minilux and love the 40mm lens.
I'm probably one of the few people who want APS film to be brought back....it's a very nostalgic format to me.
Okay, some are only dark grey.

I found this sweetheart on its back in a large drop of rainwater on a petal of a rose. It seemed unable to put itself in position again so I reached a helping finger. It immediately grabbed it.
“Good,” I thought, “It’ll need time to pull itself together again and give me the time to take a few shots.”
Silly me! Just as I wanted to take my first photo – the one you see – the ladybird spread its wings and flew away…
Gratitude is obviously not a trait of ladybirds…
