The Distillery District is a commercial and residential district in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Located east of downtown, it contains numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops housed within heritage buildings of the former Gooderham and Worts Distillery. The 13 acres (5.3 ha) district comprises more than forty heritage buildings and ten streets, and is the largest collection of Victorian-era industrial architecture in North America.

The district was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1988

Patrick approached me and wanted to know what film I was shooting in my camera. He was disappointed that the RX1 shoots digitally. He told me he was going to shoot some old black-and-white film soon. Then he told me not to drink Fanta as he posed for several shots in the soda aisle at Smith's.

the shot was taken in portrait orientation but I prefer posting it in landscape orientation.

this is the aftermath of Boracay's closure and redevelopment last April 26, 2018. One of the rules that have been imposed is the destruction of buildings within 30 meters of the shoreline.

At the start of COVID quarantine, I wass drinking too much. I decided to take a few days off drinking and that turned into two weeks. At that point I figured I'd try for a month, then six months. At six months, I figured I could do a year. So I did.

Boracay reopens to the tourist after it's closure and redevelopment by Philippine government last April 26, 2018.

The lights sometimes flicker as the trains pass each other. I've always thought it interesting how close they are when they do.
