No big plans, just wandering about
Rubber ducks seemed to be the new fad, there were several shops which only sold those.
This was from a little hike we took last summer. I had this roll of film loaded in the Minox for a long time. A little over a year, I think, before developing it early this year.
This trail was out in Hobb's State Park. We rather enjoyed the hike. It was a bit of a long climb going back to the car, but pretty mild overall.

My film camera collection is rapidly accepting examples of early digital cameras. I am a Canon shooter, have been for decades. So, naturally, that's where I began. I come across many other brands of digital cameras as I search antique and thrift stores. All are welcome.
Photographically the shadow here really interested me when I found these long lost files.
This little Australian built Jabiru belongs to Freedom Flight, owned and operated by Eugene Reid at George Town Airport. www.freedomflight.com.au/
As mentioned on my first upload today, my interest in flying goes way back. I have been fortunate to take lessons in the Cessna 182, the Piper Warrior and this ultralight Jabiru. Unfortunately cost was a major factor in my never getting a private pilot's license. Not so much the cost of learning, but the ongoing costs involved in maintaining minimum flying hours. It is an expensive hobby. But I'll never pass up the opportunity for a flight.
Jabiru is an Australian aviation success story.
This photograph was taken in February 2011 with my Panasonic DMC-FS7 compact camera.
This photo was taken from a campground full of childhood memories. It's one of those cool places that transcends time. It's not only a place of fond early memories for my brother and I, but also for my dad and his siblings. Visiting this summer with him and my Aunt brought back a lot of pleasant memories of my grandparents and time spent camping here.
It also made for a beautiful few photos, as well. As always, the Rocky Mountains provide beauty in abundance.

Toronto currently has the 17th highest number of skyscrapers in the world, and with an impressive total of 524 towers and high-rises, only New York City, Hong Kong and Chicago boast more.
As of March 2019, Toronto is home to a total of 60 skyscrapers, which are defined as a building that has over 40 floors and is taller than 150 meters (492 ft.).
I often watch the alpenglow on the mountains from my home. On this drive home, I was in the mountains during that magical time of day.
