Le Chef de l’Etat a mis l’accent sur l’allocation des DTS, la solidarité autour du vaccin, la facilitation de l’investissement en Afrique par des mécanismes appropriés de soutien, l’appui à la relance des economies africaine, la nécessité d’un New Deal avec l’Afrique qui exige un changement radical de mentalité dans la perception des relations avec l’Afrique.
