Every year, on 31 May, WHO and partners everywhere mark World No Tobacco Day, highlighting the health risks associated with tobacco use and advocating for effective policies to reduce tobacco consumption. Tobacco use is the single most preventable cause of death globally and is currently responsible for killing one in 10 adults worldwide.
Medical Check-up is only the initial step in a great scheme of progress which involves the improvement of not only the physical but the mental and moral development of the children.

Nyanza province has the highest prevalence of malaria in Kenya at 40%. Lake Victoria is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and people living with HIV are especially vulnerable to malaria (due to a weakened immune system). Rogers uses the bike that he received from the Rural Transport Network to deliver mosquito nets to rural communities.
