Well after my MacBook hard drive crashed down (good timing, I mean I'd only got one month till the exhibition), and there ain't no way of regaining the datas (superhypermegacool! with a lot and I mean really a lot of irony!!!!) I went back to analog designing: So I grabed a pencil and a paper and went back to hand drawn monsters. Yippie! Enjoy Life and have fun! Ohh yeah and even if your hard drive with 30 GB of monster designs just went into happy hunting grounds, keep on smiling and being happy! I mean that's real optimism or just foolishness! HAY!

Images taken from MAtters (ed. Paulus M. Dreibholz). Work pictured was undertaken on the MA Communication Design course at Central Saint Martins over the last two years.

In this new elective course, MIAD Communication Design students work in groups together and role-play as Graphic Designers, Stylists, Photographers, Photo Assistants, Writers, and of course- Art Directors. By working with an existing publication look, students study the impact of Art Director and designers such as Brodovitch and Warhol, while considering the publication's look and feel, typography treatment and styling cues.
