2. We as the people place the value on certain commodities. This can be a very dangerous thing, however it is imperative to our everyday lives.
3. I picked a picture of a group of sneaker enthusist that are camping out for a pair of rare sneakers. Most are going to resale the pair of sneakers for 4 or 5 times more than they bought it for. They litterally camped out for nearly a week, missing school and work. It is a perfect example of modern day Commodity Fetishism.
