This is actually south of Tijuana in a little place called Rosarito Beach. According to my driver tourism has plummeted over the past seven years. The streets that were once crowded 24 hours a day, 365 days a year are frequently empty.

Commerce City Police Officers demonstrate drone flying and surveillance techniques during a state partnership program between the Colorado Air National Guard and Royal Jordanian Air Force and representatives from the Saudi Arabian ministry of defense in Commerce City, Colo. Royal Jordanian Armed Forces air base defense military members joined Colorado National Guard security force members as part of a State Partnership Program in Colorado as part of our peer to peer exchange in order to share tactics, techniques, and procedures on base defense. Saudi Arabia also had representatives from the ministry of defense to observe how the SPP program works between a U.S. country and a Middle Eastern country because of the Saudi interest in possibly becoming a SPP partner.
