I saw a guy like this in NYC one night but on the back of his black leather pants he had two giant open holes to show his toosh!
History:
Rio Hansen was a masked professional wrestler with a bad attitude and a worse temper. He used muscle enhancing drugs to further his career, but became even more violent, which cost him his job. After assaulting his promoter and turning to a life of crime, he was apprehended by the NBCPD. He was freed from prison during a jail break along with many other inmates. Shortly after his escape, he was given the opportunity to enhance his strength even further by an unknown culprit. Rio was also presented with a costume that provides moderate protection from weapons and other physical harm. The Piranha can be a raging manic when he works alone. In the company of other super powered beings, he becomes a formidable heavy hitter. He also had dental work done to fit his outlandish persona. The Piranha likes to throw his weight around and intimidate anyone that is smaller than him, which is pretty much everyone. He plans to show New Blok City that this is his feeding ground.
