Wool combs from Paradise Fibers. I've started to add a coat of tung oil where the wood is slightly darker. The shape of the handles fits my hands very well with good control. And tools with this many points need good control.

These were pictures from our trip to Italy in 1998. They are all scanned prints. This was my first time to Italy. We were on our honeymoon.

It was an awesome trip!

This morning's dogwalk was a study in trees and treeshadows - i combed the entire Amboy Road Park for interesting shadows and started to learn how shadows will "look" in the camera before bringing my eye up to the viewfinder. No earthshattering photos resulted, but it was all great fun and a bit of learning for me.

Keith and Peggy model the fine apparel that they chose to wear on "Dress-Up Day," the second day of Spirit Week (Tuesday, February 28, 1984). These two outfits are actually quite tame compared to some of the three-piece suits and gowns that other kids wore. Taken during break in Mrs. Combs' room.
