| The auto-rickshaw fare in Bangalore has been increased effective December 20 [2013]. The minimum fare will now be Rs 25 for the first 1.9 km. Earlier, it was Rs 20 for the first 1.8 km. For every subsequent kilometre, commuters will have to pay Rs 13, instead of the present Rs 11. The charge will be one-and-a-half times more from 10 pm to 5 am.
