I was feeling pretty rubbish and didn't feel particularly inspired, but everyone else seemed to have a good time :-)

The house (built c. 1986) in Boree Road, Kalamunda, the first house I lived in as an owner (1992-1998) and the first I extended as an owner-builder. Also, I installed a bore and reticulated irrigation and fully landscaped the 2000 sq m block. I was a hard business leaving this place behind and I still haven't mustered the courage to visit it again (perhaps I never will).

I'd hoped to find a path that would offer a short-cut down to Chorio and my villa, but there didn't seem to be any, so I ended up with a much longer, albeit safer, detour via the road. What made it worse was that the road down involved a series of hairpin bends, so I ended up walking several times further than the direct route down.

Fun in the darkroom.

I went to a conference in Brighton in April 2010. We were given disposable cameras, the idea being that we'd shoot stuff and hand them back in. I kept mine, and eventually used the film as a test roll for C41 processing with 'Speedibrews CELER-41' and a Jobo CPE-2.
