The Crawford Auto-Aviation Collection is a museum in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. Part of the Western Reserve Historical Society, it was founded by industrialist Frederick C. Crawford of TRW, and opened in 1965. The collection began as the Thompson Products Auto Album, which was also founded by Crawford.
Its eclectic collection of classic vehicles includes a replica of 1890s Cleveland main street, antique carriages, early Harley Davidson motorcycles, a Willys Custom Sedan, and a P-51 Mustang racing plane used in the National Air Races. The oldest car in the collection is an 1895 Panhard et Levassor, while the most modern is the robotic car named "DEXTER", which was team Team Case's entry in 2007 DARPA Urban Challenge 2007, in which it placed in the top 20 entries. As of 2011, the museum has 37 cars that are more than 100 years old, the largest such collection in the world. One of the rarest cars in the collection is an aluminum bodied 1932 prototype Peerless, designed by Frank Hershey, which was never put into production and was the last passenger vehicle made in Cleveland.

I started collecting beer coasters on my business trips in about 1978, with no idea what I would do with them. When we came to decorate the bar before opening in 2003, their time had come. Now, mounted and framed, they hang on the wall behind the bar.
This image belongs to a series of motor vehicle photographs that do not contain owners or people with the vehicles. Therefore, they do not fall completely within the requirement of my 'Family Car' collection.
I thought however that somebody might like to see the rejects.
They have not been cleaned or restored to the extent of the primary collections, and they will not be placed in any Flickr groups.
If any images receive sufficient 'hits', I will consider cleaning them up for a more public release.

The Cartagena protocol on biosafety, a supplement to the convention on biological diversity, has strong support in Africa, with a majority of the countries as signatories. In addition, several countries have, in the past, rejected aid (especially unmilled grains) in food imports with concerns for national biosafety. South Africa is so far the only country that is seeing wide-spread use of genetically modified crops.

Esta es mi primera colección de estilo rockabilly. Creo que es bastante básica, en tres tonos limpios como son el negro, el rojo y el blanco. He disfrutado muchísimo cosiéndola, en especial los dos vestidos.
Doy las gracias a mis queridas amigas Mina y Asato que me ayudaron a elegir algunos detalles y, de nuevo a Mina, quien inspiró esta colección.

NEW COLLECTION!
This is my first collection of rockabilly style. I think it's quite basic, three clean tones like black, red and white. I enjoyed very much sewing it, especially the two dresses.
I am grateful to my dear friends Asato and Mina helped me choose some details and again to Mina, who inspired this collection.

Diamond Bus North West: 20670 (YN53 YHJ) an Optare Solo, captured here on Hayfield Street in Sale Town Centre whilst operating a journey on circular Service 262. This vehicle is still in the blue livery used by previous operator Goodwins of Eccles of which Rotala took over the bus service side of the business on 1st September. This vehicle is based at Eccles and now carries Diamond fleet names and numbers.

A collection of the Mosaic Champion sneaker, the Champion Floral Slip On, the Champion Canvas Distressed Slip On, and the Days of the Week Champion Slip On.
And THIS is why I've been so absent from Flickr lately. Last Saturday I miraculously found this doll at a thrift store, and decided to give her a chance when other parents told their girls to put her back because of her horrid tangled hair (pun fully intended). I was confident that I could restore her to her former glory, and I think I've completed this task well. :)
OH MY GOODNESS THOUGH, this hair was HELL to brush through. I had to shampoo it multiple times, brush it until my fingers hurt, cut out snarls that refused to come out, and boil wash it afterwards to keep the frizz down. I just hope it's all worth it and someone will buy her once I get off my lazy butt and list her on ebay before all too long. I have no interest in the Animators collection and don't have the room or money for them all, so I'm just going to sell this Rapunzel sometime since I know she's pretty sought after.
