Cod & Tomato Stew recipe (2-3 servings):

Cod fillet; as much as you like, cut in chunks

Canned Tomato; 1 small can (cut in halves)

V8 vegetable juice; 500CC

Mixed seafood (frozen); as much as you like

Carrots; 2 medium

Okra (frozen and cut); whatever you like

Corn (frozen); whatever you like

Spices; basil, oregano, bay leaf, etc, etc

Just throw everything in a pot add 1/2 cup of water and boil & simmer for 1 hour. You can eat it right away or eat it next day (taste better!) ;)

** Don't use any other fish than Cod! **
