Apparently the dog and the cock are 5/10 on the compatibility scale. Does that mean half work out, and half fail miserably?
We went to this strange amusement park/festival/midway where they had dozens of stages, all lit up in neon, upon which twirled and danced and shifted mechanically from side to side these figures: animals, ballet dancers, caravan drivers, the animals of the Chinese zodiac. Weird. Really weird. And the annoying whine of freaky Chinese music coming out of bad speakers.
New Zealand has a history of feral domestic fowls. Pheasants and turkeys are common in places. Is this handsome fellow feral? Or was he freelancing from a nearby farm?
Curiously as the rain began to fall, here near the Clifden Suspension Bridge, he disappeared. Did he have a coop into which he might retreat or simply a bolt hole out of the weather? Maybe we'll never know and shouldn't even care. Overthinking the conjecture won't add to either his beauty or the mystery.
