View of the shutter ready to be released. In order to get the speed escapement out, you have to cock the mechanism so that the levers will clear.

One screw at the bottom of the escapement is removed (at 3 o'clock), and one at the top is loosened (at 12:30 o'clock), but not removed in order to get the escapement out of the shutter body.
