my apartment!! brought all my balcony furniture and such inside in case it got windy, even tho austin didn't really get much of the storm at all. Figured if I was going to be gone, didn't want anything flying off the side...

i really do get rid of clutter all of the time. but the tea parties, the school books, the pistols, are always around, a heap on the coffee table. this is why they invented staging for photo shoots.
The first layer of this project was just getting everything out- finding a new home for it, or better yet, just getting rid of it.
Trying to convince a client to get rid of their precious stuff can be a challenge in itself.
Built by the Hawg family around 1900-1910s moved to the Mikalson farm in the 1980s... I am currently working on gutting the place for the new owners can renovate and move the house to their land..
