The club sandwich XLT for lunch at the Friar’s Bay Beach Cafe on the French side of St. Maarten is one of my favorites here.

My coffee- I selected the "Arpeggio" which in terms of strength was classified as the second most strongest coffee on the menu (I didn't feel it was that strong though)(coffee and caffeine generally doesn't work on me!)
The coffee is Nespresso, but their desserts are Fauchon. Here there are the "club cakes" (a play between clubsandwich and cakes- I've added notes for the flavours).

I had lunch July 3 at the 120-seat restaurant in the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport. At a little before 1 p.m I was the only customer. I had a pleasant chat with Toni, the bartender. We agreed that it was eerily quiet. Maybe people don't fly out of Gulfport on the Independence Day weekend.
The club sandwich was quite good.
Lighting and colors: I processed this with a color temperature of 3200 and tint of +18. There were a series of spotlights just a few feet above the surface of the bar. I placed the plate as far back as possible, so a single spotlight was above and if possible slightly in front of the plate. I used a 12-inch reflector and no other light modifier.
Enjoy delicious brunch options, filled with loads of choices! Fresh fruit juices, Italian coffees, various sandwiches and omelettes and more!

Anyways to make a long story short..we met up at the Mini-city for a couple of hours and then had a great lunch at the beach across from the Sealife hotel ( a small buffet )
this had to be one of the best lunches and sandwiches I have had in Antalya recently and the colors and presentation of the food was terrific..
Thank you again for lunch and it really was a good day..I was proud to be your temporary tour guide around the Mini-city..
sorry we did not have much time together..hope to see you again.
