One of the squirrels that come for a free meal daily. This was shot at 500mm using a Tamron 200-500mm lens. Shot through my sliding glass door to the deck.

On our way down from the Bald Hills climb, we were greeted by a number of little furry critters who were far happier picking the flowery tops off of short weeds and smooshing them into their cute little faces than being afraid of us as we strolled on through.

There were a few squirrels running around, looking for dinner, while I worked on throwing branches and leaves into the fire. A couple of them let me get close enough to take pictures.

New year . . right? I want to eat healthier, but all that's good I don't want to forget to feed my mind as well. And lately I have been obsessed with learning new things.

 

See I like puzzles but sadly I lack the patience it takes to put one together. But from that love I gained a curiosity of wanting to know how things how they fit together.
