Potato salad. I get a craving for my potato salad around the 4th of july. Simple recipe: potatoes cut into bite size pieces and boiled in salt water. Drain and cool. Add lots of hard boiled eggs cut into approximately 1cm cubes. Some diced red onion, salt, pepper olive oil and red wine vinegar.
