I think this shot is the shortest focal distance for me to shoot a stranger :P

Había notado su presencia, que en su frágil aleteo en silencio revoloteaba...
Ideas de Noviembre Bokeh
Hace dos días, como de costumbre salí al jardín, abrí el grifo de la llave para que corriera
entre los surcos de la tierra, había notado su presencia, un frágil aleteo de alas de color
negro y amarillo me invitaban a observar el suave ir y venir de aquella mariposa, que en
una ocasión pero hace un año, poso sobre las flores de mi jardín una linda mariposa, al
ir adentro de la casa por la cámara, como por arte de magia desapareció, en silencio suspire
y del cuello mi cámara colgué. Seguí limpiando las hojas caducas que en pequeñas
montañas se amotinaban en la tierra. Y de pronto, de entre las buganvilias, una esbelta
y elegante mariposa monarca aleteaba entre las flores. Por un momento me quede observándola. Me pregunte mas de dos veces, acaso sera la misma del año pasado o la del antepasado? Siempre por estas fechas no en primavera, ni en verano, sino por estas fechas al acercarse el equinoccio de Otoño, en mi jardín aparecen ambas mariposas...
Imposible que sean las mismas de siempre!! -Por que?
Porque...
Las mariposas monarca tienen una vida de 5 a 6 semanas, durante el período de un año se suceden 4 generaciones, la última, es la que tiene un período de vida más largo, es la encargada de la gran migración desde el sudeste de Canadá hasta el centro de México.
La gran migración comienza exactamente la noche del equinoccio de otoño, cruzan el Trópico de Cáncer, dejan atrás el clima frío y se asientan en la parte central de México, en los cerros de montañas volcánicas, a 3.000 metros de altura.
Durante el período de cuatro meses, desde diciembre hasta marzo, no comen nada, solamente beben agua. Al llegar la primavera el néctar de las flores les sirven de alimento, se aparean e inician el viaje de regreso a Canadá en el equinoccio de primavera.
Tras dar nacimiento a una nueva generación, mueren.
Esta mariposa y la otra mariposa [la de color negro con amarillo] desde hace dos o tres días por las mañanas entre las buganvilleas y flores feliz revolotean. La mariposa de abajo, es la del año pasado, entonces es imposible que sea la misma, verdad?

- Have not been going out with my dear for a nice lovely walk for a long long time since we came back to China. Today it's a lovely nice-weather day, with cooling breeze, warm sunshine and blue blue sky for a perfect lovely stroll in the park with my dear and as we strolled along............this bird appeared. And this jingle played in my mind....Close to you. (captured this at the Fairy Lake Botanical Garden, Shenzhen, China. )

Seems like I've seen this color of Spring Green around somewhere...maybe it was just in the air on a cloudy day above a building painted Spring Green. Or at a car show in a chrome reflection.
So I was looking for a video with a car and I found this '90's dance tune. Not that I go out clubbing or anything (at least not anymore), but dancing around in the garden with my camera is pretty fun. Gotta love it!
And then I just loved this one too. Spring is definitely in the air... :)

This is sung by Relient K, whoever they are. I tried to listen to it but it was horrible. So just imagine that these words are sung with beautiful music and lovely voices. Imagine that someone's arm is around you, holding you tight.
I find the news to be extremely frightening. Revenge leads to more revenge, leading to more revenge. It will never end. Hate grows and grows. I feel like the world becomes less and less safe by the day, with no one sitting beside me to ease the fear. If you DO have someone watching the news with you, give them a hug from me. Then move even closer.
