For the first clip, that is an interesting dance by Charlie Chaplin in the movie Modern Times. His gesture and motion are very exaggerating. He expressed his emotion with his body language. I think this kind of movement is quite a good reference for animations which have no dubbing.

For the second clip, Mr. Bean most falls into water. When he wanted to slip down, the staff stopped him. From his motion, he shows nervousness and embarrassment. This motion would be very funny to animate from.

For the third clip, that is a roller skating tutorial, so the motion that demonstrated is not very complicated, so it might be easy to animate. And the camera view is much general, make this video a useful reference.
