Clip art
This is a small selection of images I have created as clip art. My clip art is drawn free hand, painted with acrylics or coloured with water coloured pencils and tidied up in PhotoImpact but some may need further editing which you are welcome to do to your requirements. I am not a computer graphics expert by any means but you are welcome to use these images as clip art if they prove suitable.
All images are for free distribution for charitable, non profit, educational, or personal use only such as websites and other projects, for example greetings cards or news letters, for any other purpose please contact me.
If included in collections or redistributed the same conditions of use must apply and also a link to my website. A link is not required for any other form of use such as personal projects and websites.

In Paris, I bought a wire photo holder, because it had crocodile clips on it. Ever since, it has decorated my desk by sitting photo-less in the corner.
I had some handmade buttons and wooden clips and I needed a clip on the kitchen to write down me "what to do" lists. The button challenge was a great oportunity to use these buttons.

More uses for the buttons.... Shoe clips came to mind. I love all those pricey embellished flats, but not the prices. So shoe clips are the next best thing to jazz up my feet. They're great for sandals too.
This pair of clips above are great, the colors went really well together. I've had these shoes a long time, and the two little buttons on the side are wearing down, so I just clipped these over them, and away we go, new pair of shoes!!
EVALUATION:
Clip 1: Michaela O'Connor Static Trapeze
www.youtube.com/watch?v=InlP8gD1hrg
This clip is probably my favourite of the three - I think it would be good to animate because it shows very fluid full body movement, with the challenge of adding a feeling of momentum. I feel like it could be difficult to animate this smoothly, while also giving a feeling of weight to the character, and due to the speed of some of the movement. An added challenge would be needing to animate the movement of the trapeze itself (and model it).
Clip 2: Lilia Stepanova Commercial

This clip appeals to me a lot as an archer, and the movement is very controlled - however a lot of the subtlty of the movement is in the tension of the muscles, which would be difficult to show well with a simple character model. Again there is the added challenge of modelling the props, and getting the bow to move accurately and smoothly without intersecting with the characters toes would be a distraction from focusing on the character itself.
Clip 3: Carly Patterson Olympic Gymnastics
www.youtube.com/watch?v=LukpxzCw0w4
This clip has a lot of sharp movements which would be good to animate, and there is a lot of detail in the hand and foot positioning. There is also demonstration of weight and follow through after the jumps. Because it is quite rhythmic I think creating the animation with accurate timing would be an interesting challenge - I would need to have good graph editor control to make this work effectively!
