Here's one more view of the ZDVLB 15, with UP 9798 pulling through the twin four-degree curves just east of Baskin, Utah in Echo Canyon. Note former CNW 8694's original low mounted ditch lights and large factory snowplow. During the Wabtec C44ACM rebuild in Fort Worth, the entire cab was replaced.

This isn't an original idea - but then are there many of these?
And it all looked so simple to set-up!
I had to glue the small paper-clip to a sheet of card and subsequently 'hide' the glue where it had oozed out! Balancing the second paperclip wasn't difficult as long as the smaller clip was well fixed down. After that, it was a case of waiting for the sun to shine, and shine long enough. For me, getting a sharp well-defined shadow with my desk lamps I found impossible, so I just had to wait for the sunshine!
Usually, my first attempt at anything is often the best but not in this case - the photo needed just a bit of something, so I added the small orange bead which I think just 'lifts' the picture.
All rather formal but it kept me inside busy, mentally occupied and relatively safe.

Looking back through the archives, I think I played more with lenses and hues years ago. Certainly in 2012.
(And if the algorithm found this old photo, then doesn’t this prove I felt more optimistic then?

This is an unedited Panasonic S5 video clip. The S5 also suffers badly from wind noise, my body was probably shielding the camera enough here.
