Soleil rutilant, les 1ers clients aux terrasses prennent leur 1er café rapido. Les éboueurs drainent la ville, un curé s'engouffre dans son église pour préparer ses offices,
j'observe Fréjus se préparer au jour qui s'annonce.

I see Fréjus prepare for the day ahead.
I've been working on a landscape design for my client who wanted something luxurious for his sprawling mansion. The design features amazing amenities including an outdoor fitness room, bar/grill area, basketball court and a putting green! When doing any kind of design, I always aim to provide lots of entertaining space so you see lots of those throughout. The lower portion of the landscape leads out to the private beach with endless ocean views. I wanted to bring the essence of a luxury resort to my clients home, adding private cabanas and comfy lounge seating on the beach deck to achieve that.
Overall, I wanted my client to escape to paradise in his own backyard!

A custom quilt where the client sent me a bunch of candy fabrics. Some were pre-cut so I had to work around that and I think it came out pretty nicely.
I did a pieced backing with the leftover fabrics and some I found at work. The binding is a tiny jellybean print that I think is super cute!
my client had already purchased the sectional before she called me in. She was unhappy with the look and was about to get rid of it and start again. I like a challenge so I decided to keep it and make the room as big and sexy as the new sectional. wallpaper, a new rug, custom toss cushions, sexy new armchair and tables have upped the interest. We have a large arc lamp coming and something for the wall but the room really pops now. :)
