Client Profile: European Style Art Deco Flat. Full floor apartment featuring a fully stocked bar + kitchen, patio, bathroom, bedroom, full closet, hobby room, and reading nook.

Old money town with private estate and manicured gardens. Using PBR lighting and the windlight is the clients own/set to night.

Amsterdam - Hacquartstraat.
Hacquart Street 6 - 28: this residential block of twelve linked mansions was created between 1921 and 1924 for various clients. Because of the decoration, the houses are also called the checkerboard or dice houses. Architect: F. A. Warners.
Hacquartstraat 6-28: dit woningblok van twaalf geschakelde herenhuizen is tussen 1921 en 1924 ontstaan voor verschillende opdrachtgevers. Vanwege de decoratie worden de huizen ook wel de dambordhuizen of dobbelsteenhuizen genoemd.
Het blok is rijksmonument wegens de combinatie van een op internationale invloeden (Frank Lloyd Wright) geïnspireerde vormgeving en in Amsterdamse School-stijl uitgevoerde detailleringen. Architect: F. A. Warners (1888 - 1952).
