A sky disappeared into a blanket of grey and one last glimpse of the sun as it danced across a rock pool. Clear Spot by Captain Beefheart is a favourite track for a very serene shot.
A natural pool on the Lyell Fork of the Tuolumne River in Yosemite National Park. In June, with a bit of melting snow still feeding the river, this might have been a shock to the senses if you jumped in!

Who ever coined the phrase 'Busy Bees' was absolutely right, trying to get the shot of a sunflowers head without bee's was just impossible, so 'Clear the Runway' the bees are landing, seemed very appropriate.

With the rear end of their unit Grain Train clear Control Point Pitt on the CN and all back on home rails, the four pack of EMD's are notched out to get the heavy train up to track speed. Three 35's and a 38 lead this days train making for a nice matched blue set.
