Before..... While working down here one of our guys got a spider bite. Even though you can see that a black liner was in place the area is filled with debris and, more than likely, mold spores. What would you find in your home and business's crawl space?

CleanSpace also keeps Radon from entering the crawl space. This is a good thing as Radon is scary.

Once the installation is complete you won't even see this much dirt in your crawl space.

At some point there was a liner, clearly it was ineffectual as you can see all the dirt and debris on top of it.

At the end of everyday our guys clean up their job site.

During the installation process the guys get awfully dirty, but when they leave so does the mess!

See how filthy the old lining is even though it's draped over a pipe?

Even though we did not use a flash to take this picture, you can see that the the reflective survace of the CleanSpace System provides a lot of light.

You can see how well it holds even small amounts of water, it also helps keep it out!

I know it looks like we were ghost hunting instead of working, but the orbs in the picture have no supernatural connection. The orbs are actually pieces of dust flying around.

The material is very reflective so that when you or the workmen have to be in your crawl space, lighting is not an issue.

The material provides protection for the tenants directly above this crawl space, they are not going to be breathing in mold spores or contaminated dirt.

Compared to the picture of the crawl space before the CleanSpace was added, you can see a tremendous difference in the available light. This is because of the reflective surfaces of the material.

This hasn't been completed yet, but it already looks considerably better.

This was the crawl space before our CleanSpace system was put in place. When our guys went down they found a variety of nasty issues, including flooding and animal urine. The CleanSpace system will keep the crawl space clean and prevent possible health issues, like mold spores.

One the CleanSpace system is fully installed, the orbs go away.
