Vossloh Citylink Nr. 431 der Chemnitzer Citybahn an der Haltestelle Technopark. Bis hierher ist das Fahrzeug als Straßenbahn durch die Stadt gefahren, in wenigen Augenblicken wird das Fahrzeug abbügeln und weiter als Eisenbahnfahrzeug nach Thalheim dieseln.

Bei der Bezeichnung Technopark für diese Haltestelle/Wendeschleife bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher wie weit in Chemnitz Anspruch und Realität auseinanderliegen. Die Haltestelle befindet sich mitten auf einem Acker im Nirgendwo. Das einzige Gebäude im Umfeld der Haltestelle ist das Klohäuschen für die Straßenbahnfahrer! Aber vielleicht .... in der Zukunft .....

Citylink-Hybridtriebwagen 432 der Citybahn in der Bahnhofstraße. In wenigen Augenblicken wird der Triebwagen in die Bahnhofshalle einfahren und dort als dieselgetriebenes Eisenbahnfahrzeug weiterfahren. Im Hintergrund folgt Variobahn 413, ebenfalls ein Fahrzeug der Citybahn. - 02.10.2019

Bei den Citylink der Chemnitzer Citybahn handelt es sich um Hybridfahrzeuge die im Stadtgebiet als Straßenbahn elektrisch fahren, im Bahnhof dann aber dieselgetrieben ins Netz der Eisenbahn wechseln.

Arriving into Glasgow is Stagecoach East Scotland's brand new Scottish Citylink liveried Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B11R(T) 54367 - SJ72HNP about to work the 11:25 M8 from Glasgow to Dundee.

This is one of 12 brand new Mercedes Tourismo coaches currently being introduced on the new Stansted Citylink service 767, operated as a subsidiary of Metroline London under the trading name Braddell Ltd. It is designed to offer some competition to Terravision and Easybus who already run services along this route.

Seen leaving Dunblane is Stagecoach East Scotland's brand new Scottish Citylink liveried Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B11R(T) 54368 - SJ72HNR on the 10:25 M8 from Glasgow to Dundee running in the region of 45 minutes late.

Seen at Broxden Park & Ride in Perth is brand new Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B11R(T) 54366 - SJ72HRO in Scottish Citylink "Connecting Scotland" livery. Based with Stagecoach East Scotland at Perth.

Seen leaving Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow on Scottish Citylink service 923 to Belfast is Ulsterbus Sunsundegui SC5 bodied Volvo B11R(T) 1103 - XUI2903 in the newest Scottish Citylink livery.

Seen departing Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow is Ulsterbus Sunsundegui Sideral bodied Volvo B12B 1769 - REZ9769 bound for Edinburgh.

REZ 9770 is a Volvo B12B/Sunsundegui Sideral new as Ulsterbus 1770 in April 2008.

It is seen here in Edinburgh on New Year's Day 2022 operating Scottish Citylink service 923 (Edinburgh-Stranraer).

Seen at Volvo in Cardonald are 8 of 18 Plaxton Panorama awaiting delivery to Stagecoach Cumbernauld and Parks of Hamilton.

Originally intended to be a Plaxton demonstrator the vehicle was acquired by Parks in December 2020 but was not registered until September 2021.
