Macro Mondays theme: Summer Olympic Sports

Thanks to all for your faves and kind comments, it was really fun read them all! Cheers!

It is always difficult to focus on a main subject and make the background blurry. If we use big aperture or small F number. The subject will not be completely in focus. That is why we use the focus stuck and combine at least five pictures together. The sun in the background creates special bokeh effect, and the lens type and post processing software create circular effect. I want to have better pictures, but it takes time and effort. Have a wonderful weekend.

Tonight's 'Supermoon' (29/08/2015) is the first of three spectacular lunar shows this year

That means the moon is very full and bright in the sky, because it has come very close to earth.

Tonight's full moon is just 222,631 miles from earth - one of the closest approaches of the year.

The Reichstag building is home to Germany’s Parliament, the Bundestag. The classically pedimented and columned building was built in the 1890s, seriously damaged by fire in 1933, and restored to host the parliament of the newly reunified Germany in the 1990s. The Reichstag is now the second most visited attraction in Germany, not least because of the huge glass dome that was erected on the roof as a gesture to the original 1894 cupola, giving an impressive view over the city, especially at night. Syon Park borders the Thames, looking across the river to Kew Gardens and near its banks is a tidal meadow flooded twice a day by the river. It contains more than 200 species of rare trees. Although the park and lake were designed by Capability Brown in 1760, their character today is nineteenth century. The circular pool has a copy of Giambologna's Mercury. The park and the house in the background were painted from across the Thames by J. M. W. Turner c.1802-10 in the painting Zion House, Isleworth and in two capriccios in 1805

no matter how hard i have struggled with the concept, the art of flight has thus far eluded me; but one day i will fly ... and i will fly with you.

A te si giunge solo

attraverso te. Ti aspetto.

Di certo so dove sono

la città,

la strada, il nome

con cui tutti mi chiamano.

Ma non so dove sono stato

con te.

Lì mi hai portato tu.
