Opposition leader and Kadima Party chairman, Tzipi Livni, spoke at Yale University on Thursday (08.09.2009) to accept her induction as a Chubb Fellow. Livni received this honor for her work in the Israeli government and the inspiration she inspires through her commitment to the State of Israel. She is the third Israeli to recieve this distinguished award. Other notable statesman who have been recognized as Chubb Fellows include Shimon Peres, Moshe Dayan, and Bill Clinton.

Hard to believe that in mid 1970s Chubb fire vehicle of Sunbury London won an export order to Logan Airport Boston USA (Massport). They sold 4x4 here and Chubb Pathfinder 6x6. here is the latter

I always liked the Super Reiver and Mastiffs , I first drove them on ECC and were pretty under rated motors , this old girl was snapped on one of Noddy and myselfs outings around Frome , she was I believe owned by P W Chubb . I was told a few years ago that the owner had died a few years after we visited his yard and the firm had finished . Be interesting to know if that was the truth .
Xavier (my 4 year old) asked me to do a manga version of him (http://faceyourmanga.com) when he saw mine and hubby's. The problem is none of the eyes for the men work for him, so I had to use the women's faces/eyes/eyebrows and then crop out the boobs. Haha.
