Herzogenaurach is the place from where the Dassler brothers come, later known as Puma and Adidas.

time, being a mind based concept, stops if my thoughts stop, ... try it out, - become still and stay awake/aware...
there was some dirt/grease or sth. on the mobile phone lens - just right! :-)

of a Rudra Vina, (Zia Mohiuddin Dagar style), used in Dhrupad, the old North Indian classical music style.
I love this music by Max Richter, this particular section which for me depicts deep sleep - a closeness to the essence of our Self, without obscuring mind activity, but still not yet aware - something every human being longs for every day, every evening...

guided meditation:
instead of looking into the past or the future, stop looking,
better start listening! Then there will be nothing but now,
and there is a chance you might get to know silence. <3

Christian Radich is a Norwegian full-rigged three-masted, steel hulled ship, named after a Norwegian shipowner. The vessel was built at Framnæs shipyard in Sandefjord, Norway, and was delivered on 17 June 1937.
The vessel was initially built to train sailors in the Norwegian merchant navy, and did so for many years. Since 1999, the ship has been on the charter market as well as sailing with paying trainees to foreign ports on summer trips, participating in the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race, Operation Sail events, and large sail events in European ports.
SAIL Amsterdam is a maritime event held once every five years in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Tall ships from all over the world visit the city to moor in its eastern harbour. SAIL Amsterdam 2025 is the tenth edition, and the first one since 2015 as the 2020 event was cancelled. It was one of the main events celebrating Amsterdam's 750th birthday. It was also 50 years since the first SAIL Amsterdam was held.
