All the kids were having fun taking turns on this little chopper. They are all serious motocross racers, and this was just fun between the motos.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Keep the elbows slightly bent and the ball in front of your chest. Keep your weight centered between your feet. Maintain an upright and balanced posture. Rotate 180 degrees to the left, pivoting on your left foot. Keep your weight centered between your feet. Repeat.
