1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of the oil over medium-high heat. Add asparagus and bell pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; place cooked vegetables in medium bowl. Stir egg product, basil and salt into vegetables.

2. In same skillet, add remaining 2 teaspoons oil and the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or until bottom is lightly browned and top is set, lifting edges occasionally to allow uncooked egg mixture to flow to bottom of skillet.

3. Place skillet-size heatproof plate, upside down, on top of skillet. Turn plate and skillet over; slide frittata back into skillet, browned side up. Cook until bottom is lightly browned. Invert onto serving plate if desired. Cut into wedges.

An extra cheese from my local pizza place. Considering the fats and cholesterol, would you eat this pizza?....would you believe I ate the Whole thing? Yes,....It was yummy but now my stomach hurts.

Yield: 6 cups (1.4 l)

 

1 large leek, cleaned, sliced 1/4-inch thick

2 teaspoons olive oil

6 cups (335 g) kale, chopped, stems removed

4 cups (960 ml) low sodium vegetable or chicken broth

salt and pepper to taste

 

1. Saute leek in olive oil until soft. Add kale and cook until wilted.

2. Add broth and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.

3. Place half of the soup into the Vitamix container and secure lid.

4. Select Variable 1.

5. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.

6. Blend for 45 seconds until smooth.

7. Pour mixture back into pot containing the rest of the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Oh, and paleo man didn't have a toothbrush. So ladies, if your boyfriend ot date is paleo, look forward to low stamina, offensive Body Odor smells, cavemen didn't have showers, and getting close to a mouth full of bacteria because paleo man didn't brush their teeth.

 

Vegetarians do not have this problem. And last longer, were scientifically measured in tests to have More Testosterone than meat eaters, smell better, comb their hair, and have higher stamina, and endurance. And better protectors. Afterall, vegetarians invented Martial Arts, BJJ, and the UFC.

Remember how Bush lied in his debate with Gore, claiming that he supported the Texas Patient Protection Act, which put a rein on HMO excesses? Since the press was not fact checking anything that Bush said, they did not tell people that Gov. Bush actually vetoed the first bill and when the legislature passed it again two years later, he let it go into law without signing it. One of the first things he did as president was have John Ashcroft’s DOJ take that same Texas Patient Protection Act to court for the insurance companies and destroy it (after he bragged about it on the debates!). So, his actions predicted what he would do. But his lie allowed him to fool a bunch of people.

 

That is what Rove is trying to do with Cotton Mather in a dress---who is also George W. Bush in a dress. It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up
