Every year when Dean's wife asks him what kind of cake he wants for his bday...he always says: "Jan's chocolate chip cookie cake!" LOL Happy Birthday, Dean!
The Paddock people brought this to our attention-- numerous chips around the interior of the pool not present before the interior surface was applied. It has been almost a month since they said something about this, we have made 3 requests to repair, and nada has happened.
Once you pay these sharks (they required it before doing the last phase), we have NO leverage to hold them accountable.
These are really amazing treats that taste like Indian Poppadoms. Tear up kale leaves, toss them in olive oil, curry powder, cumin, and salt. Bake them at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!

Chips, Chips!! I am eating these now and mmm, mmmmm they are good. I picked up purple kale and purple kohlrabi from the farmer's market today and made kale chips with kohlrabi chips. Make sure the kale is absolutely dry before you make these. I just tossed the kale leaves with a little olive oil, pink sea salt and a lemon pepper. I did the same seasoning on thinly sliced kohlrabi. These are so SO good. The kale may not look like it but its super crispy and just crumbles when you eat it. These are delicious whether you like kale or not!
A variety of troops continued to volunteer while they were camping to spread wood chips throughout camp. Chips were spread in many units, on the road to the Low Ropes Course and the back path to the Activity Building.
