Chief 150

In the dark, rainy, and misty jungle we meet Chief Mammatus. Leader of the keepers and committed to his duty to protect the Storm Amulet at all costs.

Closely and silently Mammutus is followed by a masked Thunder Keeper. Together they ventured deeper into the jungle, unraveling the mysteries of the island.

He is the paramount chief of the largest tribal at Bong County in Liberia. He requested me taking the picture wearing very colorful traditional dress. His lovely smile is as natural as the surroundings.

The chief mouser from the botanical garden enjoyed the evening sun.

Chief Mountain (also called Old Chief Mountain) is located in the U.S. state of Montana on the eastern border of Glacier National Park and the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. The mountain is one of the most prominent peaks and rock formations along the Rocky Mountain Front, a 200 mi (320 km) long overthrust fault, known as the Lewis Overthrust, which extends from central Montana into southern Alberta, Canada.

Prairie Township, Ohio Fire Department Chief 241

Fresno, Ca.

This protester repeatedly got in the face of the police in the background, shouting at and taunting them. Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer approached him, shook his hand and had a very subdued and courteous conversation with him. He seemed able to convince the man to stop taunting the officers. I was very impressed with the police chief, because of his willingness to mix with the protesters without coming on as super cop.

Stawamus Chief Mountain, is a granite dome near Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. It's more than 700 m high and is claimed to be the second largest granite monolith in the world. The rock climbers, making their way up the Chief, are amazing!

This is one of my favorite memorials at Homewood Cemetery, and one that many people don’t see because it’s tucked away under a small grove of trees that appropriately turn to fire in autumn. Much loved by the men who served in the Pittsburgh fire departments, Samuel Evans was elected Superintendent of the Bureau of Fire in 1877. Always called Chief no matter what position he was in, he fought fires alongside his men when the city still had horse-drawn wagons and only about a dozen steam engines. All firemen are brave, and these men were among the bravest.

Originally I was just going to do the headdress. The head fit in nicely so I went with it, and the body followed. I'm liking the scale. The Cowboy is based off this.

Fabord is considered to be a Black Sheep, well, Black Knight in the Rainbow Branch, despite having a strong league compared to others, he tend to ignore other Vanguard warning and tasks. Fabord lead groups of Seguidor and Guard toward the back line, then summoning sharp blades with the Cusped Wrist toward the front to gap-close the line.

During Hinseusn downfall, Tyrant of the Radiant Realm, majority of the Flurion race fled back to there dimensions to avoid future conflict with the Lunar Domain. However, he decided to stick around the prevalent realm with a few followers, hoping for a better outcome.

When the Vivid Apocalypse approached, Fabord was apart of Nukegara infantry, commanding a much stronger army than before. During a tough battle, Fabord unfortunately got his wrist sliced off and the enemy used the Cusped against himself.

Chief Wasatch Memorial in Murray Park is one of 74 Indian sculptures sculpted by Peter Wolf Toth around the US in his Trail of the Whispering Giants project. The monument was carved from a giant cottonwood tree. Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah. The Wasatch mountain range is named for this famous Native American Chief.

Others in the collection range in height from 20 to 40 feet, and are between 8 and 10 feet in diameter. In 2009, there were 74 Whispering Giants, with at least one in each of the 50 U.S. states. The one in Oregon was removed in 2017 after irreparable windstorm damage, reducing the total to 73. In 1988, Toth completed his goal of placing at least one statue in each of the 50 states, by carving one in Hawaii.

Toth created the project "In remembrance to a proud and noble people... Peter Toth has carved at least one Indian monument in each of the fifty states, to raise the nations conscience to the plight of Native Americans." it is his gift to the people.
