Cherokee Brave Dogwood (Cornus florida).

The pink impatiens are fresh from the nursery. Everything else is established in the garden.

Here's three of my six doggies... the little brown one in front is Cashew (9 weeks), the "big" fluffy one is Sage, his aunty. The little yorkie behind her is P.B., Cashew's daddy.

Ignore the odd blue thing off to the right - that is the canoe, and in the distance, past the un-flowering dogwood is a small white hammok.

In the background, you can see our japanese maple, and one of our Cherokee Brave dogwoods.
