Samwise and the Cape Perpetua Lookout, Oregon
I have to say, Sam is soooooo hard to photograph. The constant movement and with his super dark fur (compared to the background) I can never be really happy with my photos of him. And he's so cute so I want to take a bagillion of them! I messed around with this particular photo I think a dozen times trying expose him correctly without having the background super bright. I have decided this is the best I'll get for now and hope you guys like it. If any you have tips/tricks as far as taking photos and/or post production manipulation please teach me your magical ways! It would be so very much appreciated.
A 2BAL-16 shoves back to the Glenwood depot for some water for CP 6067. Protecting the shove was TJ Gaspers, seen cheesin here on the rear of GREX 2800.

Credit idea for cinema border and her signature car pictures. Check out her work she's amazing! (<3 London)
Five dollar men's aviators from walmart <3 Haha well this was on the car on the way to Marshalls. You know What? I just realized I've never taken a picture of/with my dandelion yellow Jansport that belongs to my friend, but she let's me use for like ever. That might be a future picture, so look out for that, because the backpack you can see from miles away. That was random, but I'm trying to take as many decent pictures as I can before school starts again ): So expect lots. I've been good about almost loading every other day almost :D (it'd be great to reach ten comments, critiques, suggestions)
Another sunny day in June, combined with my wife and son heading stateside for a couple weeks got me out of the house relatively early on June 7th. 407 was running a bit earlier compared to the week or so previous, so I figured why not. A sort of mundane leader in the form of a C44-9W leads the way as the manifest rolls through Wellington, almost perfectly lit. There's only a handful of locations to get decent light on a morning westbound, and with this not being too far from home, it worked well. A three man crew today with an engineer trainee driving, while the actual engineer poses in the middle seat for a rather cheesy mugshot!
