Mishka had her checkup today. No more splint! Although they do want to keep her in an ace bandage for a little support for the next week, so one more week of the cone, then done! They said her leg healed with a slight twist in it but she will never notice and the bone has healed up nicely. These steps may include taking prenatal vitamin, keeping your environment safe, stopping the use of unhealthy substances (tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and prescription drugs taken for a nonmedical reason), eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and reaching and maintaining a healthy weight (Being underweight or overweight may cause problems during pregnancy).
Cutting back on your daily calories intake and exercising more are great steps to reach a health body weight if you are overweight.

just got back from taking caiden to her 2 year doc appt; and her height was literally OFF THE CHARTS....she is the height of an average 3 1/2 year old...weight has come down to the 90th percentile...
