he's broken out/scritchy with bald patches (booked for a checkup, hoping it was the tomato breakfasts and not the arthritis meds)
The diesel consists are laid up midday to receive a cleaning and checkup before highballing west to New York City.
Hey Mike, can you give it a checkup?
Oh, hello Geoffrey, long time no see. How long has it been?
Three years since I took it out in the sun, six years since I've actually driven it.
Bah, that's as good as new. I'll give it an oil change and a bash with the hammer, and it should be good to go!

Over on my old channel someone (or rather his son) liked the old Jeep from 2016 so much that he asked for instructions.
Uhm, yes, instructions. I had tried to make them in LDD, which missed contemporary parts I had used in that build. Also tried my hand on Mecabricks, but they lacked the old wheels I had been using. So now, only six years later, I have instructions (or rather a digital model) which I wanted to have back then.
Oh, and if you're wondering about good light while doing indoor photography: I've bought a new lamp on Monday, that helps a lot.

Time for the annual checkup!
Jake is shown in the examination room with Marissa, our veterinarian technician. All went well. Happy with the results: Jake is a healthy 3-year old golden retriever.
Day 73/2023
Today was a bit of a scary day. We went to the vet for a checkup and vaccination. Johnny has been loosing weight although I'm feeding him enough and even too much food. The vet took some blood for checkup and we get the results tomorrow. Tuesday he needs to get a x-ray of his left front paw because he has a swollen joint. And they will check his urine. A lot of questions that need to be answered.
Cluster of colorful everywhere,
This is for the cause,

We all need to be aware of this dreadful disease,
Need to have our checkups regularly,
Be safe.
Dream for a doggy... This little bowl of Doggy treats was on the check out counter at El Paso Veterinary Hospital, Derby, Kansas. We had taken one of our cats to the vet yesterday for a checkup. Sweet display of Christmas.

Have I been MIA ? Well, kinda sorta ;)
My past life has been catching up with me.
Even spent Tuesday in the peoples hospital.
No# 1 has put her foot down and told me get
to the hospital, for a complete checkup, of my
old carcass. Probing and prodding, poking and
all around disrupting my inner and outer mojo ;)
Doctors put me on a 12 week rest & recuperate
schedule. There's also a big bag full of medicine.
Told no# 1, 12 weeks is 2 extreme & I don't like pills.
She put 1 hand on her hip and glared at me.
I folded and threw in the towel, I surrendered.
Today being July the 19th would have been perfect.
Weather is cooperating, slight breeze and no rain !
Discussed it with no# 1 and was glad she said, No.
Pumpkin Pie and The Monkey have cabin fever ;(
Few days ago, 9 photos were taken, this is 1 of them.
Trying my best to stick with the plan of taking a few
photos around the house. I am already bored ;0-
I'll just play this one by ear. I do have an escape plan ;)
Mr. Monkey is under the computer desk guarding my feet.
Pumpkin Pie, is laying on her side behind us, talking, and
telling me all the rules & that I must obey her every word.
Right hand has a broken bone due to falling down
a set of concrete stairs a couple of weeks ago. ;-(-
That set the stage for the beginning of the end ;0
I landed square on my right hip bone, was way
lucky it didn't break but was heavily bruised!
Later today, and into the night, I'll start replying
2 all the past and present comments you've left.
Thanks for all your help!

Me in Bauer City in my role at the hospital, which I love very much. However, the residents are a bit stubborn about annual checkups lol
Took me to the eye specialist- apparently there are signs of emergence of cataract in her eyes.
Also, the eye consultant happens to be her friend from medical school, someone we have had a close family bonding over the decades.
Chevron Eye Hospital, Chittagong.
Today I had my annual check up. I'm pretty sneaky with my camera! This is what a speculum looks like, in case the boys were wondering.
Took Max to his sixth monthly checkup with the vets today. There have been a few changes since his last trip and the poor old thing, he is starting to get cateracts and his eyesight is getting poor, having to sniff where we are and deaf, he doesn't come back unless we shout. But still fit and enjoying his walks, just got to mind he does not loose us....
Smiles in the sunshine and good wishes for our oldie friend, Bosse.
Hayley is on her way to the vet today. First checkup.
Little Buddy had to go to for his annual check up and vaccines today.
His weight was 14.80 lbs. He is three years old.
loose fitting short sleeved casual green linen dress with side pockets and box pleats completed. i may wear it to the vet tomorrow. i'm taking grumps for a checkup to get his flea and worm treatment :)
i've found a couple of dress patterns i'm interested in making. both are more fitted than i've been making. they are waisted dresses: one with long sleeves and the other short sleeves. these dresses introduce fitting a zip and darts to the bodice and skirt. i'll give it some thought ....

Brady had his checkup recently and the vet discovered he'd broken a big molar, so he had it removed last week. The next day, he got to go to Burgermaster for a hamburger. We were also celebrating the fact that Brady's liver values returned to normal. The vet was afraid it might be cancer, but it was just the Rimadyl he was taking for his limp. Thank goodness!
