Seeing I am on eagles... This is from several years ago. I went to this guy several times and he seemed to like giving a show. I have no idea why I did not post this series before but there ya go.

Lovely soft and cosy pure merino wool throw in a very attractive heather check which is pleasing and restful on the eye.

In soft honey and neutral toned colours inspired by the natural hues of the moors and hills this luxuriously soft and cosy throw is warm in appearance and has a place in any home.

The natural insulating properties of wool combined with durability and skilled weaving give this throw longevity and endurance.

We like it so much and feel it is so versatile and accommodating that we have added a matching cushion to the collection. Presented together this match made in heaven would make a much appreciated and beautiful wedding or new home gift.

This and other moments have really made people watching a lot of fun for me!

So today I went benching at the Anaheim spot and ended up with this beauty. I was told that it was illegal to be around/on the tracks. They rolled me for trespassing because I was taking pictures not really because I was on the tracks. As the deputy writes me the ticket a bum walks by on the otherside of the train and pays no mind to him. Seems like they do not care if you're drunk walking down the tracks. They took my memory card with a bunch of new and rare pieces on it. I think I'm going to fight it because it bullshit and 2 of my friends lawyers.

He came to check out the mouse pointer while I was editing the photo.

The helos had been coming down the runway and then off-setting themselves to the left side (north side) and then landing just in front and to the side of the museum ramp. This guy was waiting for one of the other helos to take-off and after a few seconds decided to turn himself sideways and check for traffic down the runway.

Last month, I got an e-mail asking if I'd be willing to license one of my photos for one-time use. At that point they were just mocking up the comp, and said they'd get back ahold of me if they decided to go ahead with my photo. I said sure, of course.

A couple weeks ago, I got confirmation that they did want to use my photo!

I've been holding off celebrating until the check appeared...which it did in the mail yesterday. Yay!

So, I'm a little richer, and I'll have this photo in the Nov. 27 issue of the New Yorker, in an advertorial on the MGM Grand in Las Vegas!

My photo -- in the New Yorker! :) Exciting!

This is the thinnest film I have ever seen. I feared that it can be torn at any second in my hands. No wonder they can pack 72 frames into one roll. I don’t know how old this roll is. Someone said that Ilford stopped making them in early 80s.

More on road to nowhere

Looking through the brood box to check the bees are well. This was a swarm that was hived last Saturday evening. We did find the queen eventually. The hive will be checked again in a couple of weeks time to see if the queen has been successfully mated and has started laying. 'A swarm in June is worth a silver spoon' Anon.
