In Hamburg findet im Rahmen des Reeperbahn-Festivals die TINCON, die Konferenz für digitale Jugendkultur, statt. Das heißt in Talks, Workshops und Q&As geben Speaker*innen ihr Können und Wissen an das junge Publikum weiter. Die TINCON ist ein geschützter Ort, an dem sich junge Leute von 13 bis 25 Jahren vernetzen, informieren und mit Idolen austauschen können. Ein Event, das sie selbst mitgestalten.

Für den Generationendialog am 15. Dezember 2025 gaben die Initiativen "Digital mobil im Alter" und WakeUP! gemeinsam mit der Stiftung "Digitale Chancen" Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen die Möglichkeit sich über das Thema Künstliche Intelligenz auszutauschen. Im Fokus stand dabei die emotionale KI und ihre Chancen und Risiken für die Trauerarbeit, die Befriedigung menschlicher Grundbedürfnisse, wie emotionale Nähe oder Geborgenheit, aber auch persönliche Geschichten, Hoffnungen und Skepsis.
Es diskutierten die Sozialpsychologin Dr. Aike Horstmann von der Universität Duisburg-Essen, die Medienpsycholgin Prof. Dr. Katrin Döveling (Hochschule Darmstadt), Ria Hinken, Trainerin für KI- und Digitalkompetenz im Alter, Linos Ullmann, Medien- und Contentmanager KI-Campus und die stellvertretende Generalsekretärin der Bundesschülerkonferenz Lilli Berthold. Durch das Gespräch leitete Juan Moreno, freier Autor und Journalist.
