ChatGPT is a cutting-edge language model developed by OpenAI that has the capability to perform a wide range of tasks through natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms. The model has been trained on a vast amount of data and has the ability to generate human-like responses to questions, summarize long texts, translate between languages, write stories, and even perform virtual personal assistant tasks. With ChatGPT's advanced NLP capabilities, it has opened up a wealth of opportunities for businesses, organizations, and individuals looking for efficient and accurate ways to process, analyze, and understand natural language data.
One of the primary use cases of ChatGPT is customer service. Chatbots powered by ChatGPT can handle a high volume of customer queries in real-time, providing instant answers to common questions, reducing wait times and improving overall customer satisfaction. In this capacity, ChatGPT can also be used to automate routine tasks and free up human agents to handle more complex queries.
Another use case for ChatGPT is as a virtual personal assistant. Kritik an der KI „My AI“
Seit einigen Wochen taucht in der Freunde-Liste der App Snapchat ganz oben die Künstliche Intelligenz „My AI“ auf. Sie ergänzt seit Kurzem die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten der App.
„My AI“ bedeutet übersetzt „Meine Künstliche Intelligenz“. Wer den ChatBot etwas fragt, bekommt – ähnlich wie bei ChatGPT – eine Antwort. Fragen nach Bastelideen, Fragen zu Hausaufgaben oder Ausflugsideen beantwortet „My AI“.
Kritik an der Neuerung bei Snapchat lautet, dass besonders jüngere Menschen nicht wissen, wie sie mit der KI in der Freundesliste umgehen sollen und was genau sich dahinter verbirgt. Mit ihren grünen, lila oder blauen Haaren wirkt die Künstliche Intelligenz menschlich, aber dahinter steckt kein echter Mensch oder sogar Freund, sondern ein Computerprogramm.
Zwar suggeriert die Anwendung, Antworten und Lösungen auf Fragen zu haben, aber es handelt sich nicht um eine tatsächlich intelligente Anwendung, sondern um ein lernfähiges Programm. Somit können Antworten und Ergebnisse auch falsch sein. Deshalb sollte „My AI“ auch verantwortungsbewusst genutzt werden.
