After enjoying the western view we walked over to look east - below us is Lake Chabot and in the distance that looks like Mount Diablo peaking up over the east bay hills.

My first fishing trip of 2009. We rode our bikes to a bait fish hole and my friends plunked themselves down while I tried to fish the shore with my fly rod. I didn't see any action but it was fun and nice to get on my bike and on some water at the same time.
