It is a hidden stone staircase in Central, Hong Kong, glistening after the rain. I have no idea where it leads, but its quiet colors seem to invite a journey into the unknown.
Visiting the local hospital recently emphasised the importance of cellphones in todays world.

Captured with iPhone UD Campus on Feb. 16 on after some overnight snowfall.
Edited on iPad, first in Snapseed to straighten and square crop. Then into Facetune to sharpen post details a little bit and blur out the background more. Snapseed again to adjust a bit of color adjustments. Then into a number of apps to experiment with black and white and color options.
In the end I chose to post this one from Oggl with Jane Lens & Sussex Film
I have a black and white version I like a lot, it was a hard choice choosing which one to post. I have tucked it away in a to post in July folder.
I will post it in mid-summer when the fridge winter is but a faded memory in our sweltering humid summer.
