Breaking Ground held their Celebrating Home & Community Gala on October 27, 2016 at Cipriani 25 Broadway. The honorees were David L. Picket, President of Gotham Organization, Inc., and Paul J. Massey, Jr., President of New York Investment Sales, Cushman & Wakefield. The organization raised $1.7 million, a record for the non-profit, for their housing and homeless outreach services.
